Ramla Beach

When the co-owners are not using the yacht, it will be positioned throughout the season each day and evening at Ramla Beach Lounge, acting as the VVIP section of the beach club and available for beach club guest exclusive use, watersports, cocktails receptions, day/sunset private charter, mixed guests sunset cruises, transfers and corporate charter. (Ramla Beach Lounge guests receive special discount). Co-owners receive revenue share of the income to offset their management fees and cover unscheduled maintenance costs.

Yacht Swap 

Enables co-owners to swap usage with other Ekokat co-owner yachts in The Caribbean, and other locations as they come on-line. It is effectively like owning multiple yachts in multiple locations. This is not timeshare, you actually co-own a yacht with 5 other Ramla Beach Lounge guests.

   

Management 

The yachts are fully maintained and managed with crew, so you do not have to lift a finger. Simply enjoy the life of luxury yachting with Ekokat and Ramla Beach Lounge. The yachts are sold after 3 years and as they had been purchased as pre-launch yachts with a 50% reduction, the co-owners will receive their money back in full, maybe even with a little profit, and then have the option to enter a fresh 3-year yacht ownership deal if they wish.

Outright Ownership

You can also purchase an Ekokat yacht outright and without co-ownership if you prefer.
