on board a yacht

The Solution

Size Matters

•EkoKat offers unprecedented 100-120ft monohull superyacht sized usable key spaces on it’s 62ft power catamarans.  Achieved by using the entire width of the yacht (full-beam, no side decks), and also by not giving up valuable floorspace in the main deck salon to hull bedrooms below that usually require it for headroom.

   Price Point

•Ekokat radically disrupts industry pricing with a price point under USD3m, slashing the price of 60ft competitors in half and charging ¼ that of same sized space larger 80-120ft yachts. Achieved by not configuring the hulls with expensive bedroom fit outs, not featuring totally unnecessary design items, and by using a premium, reputable, no compromise and highly cost-efficient build facility in China.

Safety and Practicality

With our NextGen and revolutionary dual usage main deck salon, EkoKat can, and have placed ALL owner & guest bedroom suites at main deck level. This helps prevent sea-sickness and affords instant access to the outside - for guest convenience as well as safety in the event of emergency.

Many significant downstream benefits also result. Larger bedrooms with panoramic views, greater experience for families and friends and charter guests, space released in the hulls for super yacht sized bathrooms, and greater solar battery storage space.

     Ecology and Environmental

Ekokat has an unprecedented solar array with space for sufficient battery storage capacity in the hulls. This means noisy, pollutant generators are rarely required.

With such a large solar array a highly innovative retract system allows ‘flaps up’ both front and back, to allow guests to access the sun's rays on the sunpads.
