Why is this possible?
Q: How can the 62ft EkoKat 62W yacht have greater key usable spaces than power catamarans and monohulls so much bigger in length (LOA)?
A: By the abolishing of dangerous and unnecessary side decks that reduce the interior salon by up to 1.5 metres both sides of the yacht and by not having bedrooms in the hulls of the yacht that require headroom that also steal valuable floor space from the salon above.

Layout Plan Examples
Ekokat offers extreme flexibility with its layouts. Maximum occupancy can be 8 adults in 4 suites (cabins) if desired, using either SleepKat Lounge Cinema TV Sofa systems with a Simba mattress and Eight Sleep concealed sleeping experience, or conventional custom made luxury sofa beds.
The Owner Full Beam Master Suite layout option can be configured with or without an annex/kids privacy wall (raised day or night). Perfect for a couples (without annex wall) or family (with annex wall). Owners full beam layout gives private access to the 'Lounge on the Bow' outside terrace creating a huge superyacht experience. Effectively the entire from half of the yacht fully equipped with outside galley and 2 bathrooms.
VIP Suite layout option provides for 2 similar size forward suites with corridor from aft to the front door and Lounge on the Bow. In VIP layout an optional Annex/Kids privacy wall system can be added to provide 4 sleeping suites.
Ekokat offers prime and unheard of main-deck sleeping for owners and all guests, it helps prevent sea sickness, provides panoramic views, constant heaps of fresh air (and air-con) and instant safe access to the outside main-deck if desired. It also offers the choice for owners of extra large suite accommodation for less people (2-6), or slightly smaller but more suites if sleeping accommodation for up to 8 people is preferred.
Owner Operators desiring no crew at all, can also accommodate 2 people in the 2 oversized private single crew cabins, located in the front of the 2 hulls, both fitted out to guest standards of luxury with ensuite rain shower/wc, vanity basin and smart TV. Reached directly from the foredeck 'Lounge on the Bow' for immediate access to the outside. Owner operators preferring to take 1 crew member with them for added assistance can therefore use one of these crew cabins for a guest if they wish.
Teenage kids will love them hence they are also kick named Kids dens.
